How It Works

When you purchase 10 or more wishlist items over the course of a year, you’ll unlock a VIP membership with exclusive branding perks, priority access to our services, and personalized creative support. Think of it as you slowly adopting Vibrational Visuals Agency as your business bestie.

  • Bargain & Barter is a program by Vibrational Visuals Agency that offers clients a discount on services in exchange for purchasing an item from our wishlists. It’s our way of making premium creative services more accessible while fostering a collaborative, community-focused approach to business growth.

  • The “discount” is calculated based on the total price of your project quote or service price and which wishlist item offers that service.

    *Remember, the purpose of this program is about mutual exchange so the wishlist item you purchase and the service(s) you want have to make sense.

    For example: If you would like 2 months of social media management for free (which is normally $3,110), you would most likely choose an item from the $1,111+ wishlist. Items in this section range from $1,111+. Or if you want (5) digital flyers (which are normally $440), you can select items from the $222-$555 wishlist.

  • In order to know which wishlist you should choose from, calculate it based on the total amount of the service(s) you wish for us to barter.

    Each wishlist is categorized by price range and has additional information for what services can be received if that item on the wishlist is purchased.

  • The wishlist system is a way for us to sustain our creative offerings while providing an affordable option for clients. By contributing tools and resources to our agency, you’re helping us maintain the high-quality services we deliver while receiving a discounted rate for your project.

  • If an item is out of stock (or there’s none for you to choose from), we’ll work with you to identify an alternative item you can gift us with that holds the same value as the total project amount. Simply reach out to us, and we’ll assist you in finding a suitable replacement.

    * Our wishlists are alway being updated, therefore items are more than likely to never be out of stock.

  • Once you request to bargain, we’ll confirm your selection and negotiate the barter. If accepted, we’ll send you an invoice of the total amount for the wishlist item you’re purchasing. Once you pay the invoice, we’ll proceed with onboarding and begin bringing your vision to life.

  • Yes, Bargain & Barter can be used for any service listed on our site, whether it’s creative strategizing, graphic design, branding, web design, social media management, or hiring us as your virtual assistant.

    We’ve added additional information on each wishlist page to help you better understand what you’re able to receive based on the items listed and how purchasing this item benefits us.

  • *This would only apply to our Social Media Management and Virtual Assistant service. In order to continue receiving a discounted service price, you must purchase an item from the $1,111+ wishlist every month to continue using our service(s) at a discounted rate.
