PURCHASING ANY OF VIBRATIONAL VA’S SERVICES AUTOMATICALLY MEANS THAT YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS + POLICIES

DESIGN DETAILS

 

Providing both clear and elaborate details is very important to the vision of your brand, which includes your expectations, preferences, dislikes, etc, even if it’s in the form of inspiration photos. At Vibrational VA, we do offer freestyling, but keep in mind that our creative visions may not align. Not being specific enough could cause you a revision fee and we would like to help you avoid that by emphasizing the importance of having a vision.

 

TURNAROUND TIME

 

Turnaround times for each design service may vary. Designs may take longer or less time due to high work volume or less work volume. You will be notified if theirs any delays or time cut in your project.

Web Design turnaround time is usually between 1-3 weeks.

Brand Development turnaround time is usually between 4-18 days.

A La Carte Project Designs turnaround time are between 3-10 days.

 

REVISIONS + DRAFTS

 

All design services either come with (2) or (4) free revisions, depending on which package was chosen. Any revisions requested after that require $15/ea and are subject to increase the turnaround time for your project.

CANCELLATION

 

Due to the work that is produced or in progress after a client purchases a service or pays for an invoice from Keshia Lo of Vibrational VA, all payment(s) will not be refunded in order to offset the loss of our business. This even includes if drafts (partial work) have been sent and reviewed by the client, yet the client still chooses to cancel — the payment will be kept and not refunded. If a client decides to cancel while the project is in its final stage of completion, ownership will be transferred to the client after the full payment has been received.

 

GHOSTING

 

Failure to respond to any emails or messages from Keshia Lo of Vibrational VA that may contain drafts, revisions, or important information relative to your collaboration with Vibrational VA within 24hrs will result in your project being placed to the back of the queue until your order can be completed or services may be placed on hold until a response is given.

After 24hrs of no response, Keshia will warn you of your lack of response and discuss ways to avoid this.

If no response is given after 24hrs of being warned, Keshia will contact you of her decision to exclusively retain all rights to complete the project and no refunds will be issued for any services that were booked. If a reasonable response is given 24hrs after Keshia has terminated all services and the client would like to continue the collaboration, there will be a restart fee of $35.

TERMINATION OF SERVICE

 

Keshia Lo of Vibrational VA has the right to terminate any services provided to the client if:

  • Client refuses to pay their invoice(s) or any fees that may have been discussed between the client and Keshia Lo of Vibrational VA.

  • Client procrastinates on providing required information; causing a delay in the progression of the project.

  • Client rejects several design revisions with no direction, suggestion, or help to complete the project due to being unreasonable or lack of clear and detailed vision for what they’re wanting.

  • Client is verbally harassing the provider (Keshia Lo) by making rude comments or implying absurd/unreasonable requests, implying a rush on the process of the project, and/or is simply violating any part of Vibrational VA’s Energetic Agreement.

 

DELAYS

 

If any issue arises such as illness, injury, unstable internet connection, computer and/or program failure, or any other events beyond the control of Vibrational VA that may result in a delay of an unpredictable time on project(s), you will be notified as soon as possible. If the client is experiencing these same issues, it’s important for the client to notify Keshia Lo as soon as possible to avoid restart fees or termination of all services.

 

HARASSEMENT

 

Here at Vibrational VA, we focus on aligning with clients that emit the same energetic vibration as we do to ensure there is a mutual exchange of respect and energy given within our client-provider collaboration. At the discretion of Vibrational VA, we may enact a warning for anyone who aggressively interrupts the process of a project by constantly contacting us (see “communication” section) or makes rude and/or threatening comments implying a rush on their project.

After that, if the harassment continues, Vibrational VA has the right to immediately terminate all services and will refund the client if this situation occurs before an email or message containing your drafted projected has sent. If this takes place after a drafted project was sent to you, Vibrational VA has the right to immediately terminate all services without issuing a refund due to the inconvenience this might have caused.

SIDENOTE: It is extremely important that clients take into consideration of the given turnaround time for each service and our business hours, which is Monday-Friday from 9AM-2PM and 5PM-9PM (closed on the weekends and holidays), before booking with Vibrational VA. Allowing us to work on all projects without interruptions or offensive behavior is vital to the time schedule and client management that we hold significant when providing work for others.

 

PAYMENTS + REFUNDS

 

All payments and/or retainer deposit fees must be paid in FULL through the Vibrational VA website or through the invoice link sent to the client’s given email upon receiving any services provided by Keshia Lo of Vibrational VA.

Vibrational VA does not accept refunds for any services provided due to the fact that projects enter the designated design timeframe given to the client immediately after payments have been received. Having buyers remorse or wanting to use another company’s services is not a valid reason for a refund. If for any reason the client still wishes to cancel a service already rendered/paid for, they may do so. However, due to the work produced or in queue, payments already received by Vibrational VA will not be refunded in order to offset the loss of business. If partial work has already been received by the client and they opt to cancel, any payments made will not be refunded. In these cases, ownership of all artwork, layouts, and development will remain property of Vibrational VA and any remaining work will not be sent to the client for their ownership.

If refund procedures are pursued by clients once projects have been started on or issued out, all contracts and/or agreements will be automatically considered void and all services will be immediately ceased with no obligation to Keshia Lo to complete the projects that were paid for. Due to this inconvenience and our company’s ethics + morals, we will not accept future inquiries or requests from the client in fear of repeated inconveniences.

 

LATE FEES

 

Failure to submit materials that are needed to complete your project or invoice payments within 24hrs of receiving notice will result in a late fee of $10 for each day your payment is late.

It is important to have all requirements for your project ready before purchasing any services to avoid late fees.

 
 

COMMUNICATION

 

All communication will be done via email (keshialo@vibrationalva.com), text message, or phone call.

We do not provide step-by-step updates throughout the design process unless Keshia Lo of Vibrational VA chooses to work on your project this way. Once the request form and any other requirements for your project is received, we should have all we need -- so long as the information is accurate & there are no idea changes, communication with Keshia should stay at a minimum. Unless we need clarification of the information provided by the client, you will not be contacted until the first drafts are prepared for your review. This is so we can focus on designing, with as little distraction as possible. We understand this does not work for everyone and some clients prefer constant updates, but please be sure the communication policy coincides with the way you prefer to do business!

There are no refunds once your order is placed on our site (see “payments + refunds” section).

 

CONFIDENTIALITY + PRIVACY

 

As a service provider, I acknowledge that client’s may need to disclose certain confidential and proprietary information such as login information to access a specific account in order for me to perform duties. I acknowledge that disclosure to third party or misuse of this proprietary or confidential information would irreparably harm the client’s identity. Accordingly, I will not disclose or use, either during or after the term of providing services, any proprietary or confidential information of my clients without the client’s prior written permission except to the extent necessary to perform services on the client’s behalf.

 

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

 

Vibrational VA may use work in portfolio (including, but not limited to any website that displays the work of Vibrational VA) and showcase any work produced for clients on Social Media for promotional purposes. The client does not have a proactive duty to display Vibrational VA’s name together with any work that was produced for the client — however, client may not seek to mislead others that the work and design was created by anyone other than Vibrational VA. Draft files of any design are property of Vibrational VA and shall not be used in any matter or posted onto Social Media. That is considered a violation of Vibrational VA’s Energetic Agreement and will cause Keshia Lo of Vibrational VA to forfeit any service provided and/or cease the production of any projects, in this case, which will result in no refund.
