All information must be emailed to keshialo@vibrationalva.com with your order # and name as the subject.
— Professional Photos are preferred (blurry, screenshots, pixelated, phone, selfies, cropped images are not allowed), but stock photos may be used as an alternative.
— Logo (.png)
— Info such as policies, business hours, contact info, social media handles, etc (i will not accept screenshots)
— Inspiration examples (if any) - please include these in the email.

— Revisions delay the turnaround time by 2-3 days

— Step 1: You will have 24hrs after your purchase to provide Keshia with all the required information written in an email, PDF, or word document and sent to keshialo@vibrationalva.com with your order # and name as the subject.
— Step 2: Once your information is reviewed, we’ll begin working on your template.
— Step 3: We’ll send you an email of the drafted design for approval. If revisions are needed, this will delay the turnaround time by 2-3 days. If no revisions are needed, you will be sent the final files of your design in JPG format via Dropbox with instructions on how to import your template.
